Beware Vodacom insurance
Chapter 3. Insurance through Vodacom. I have now waited a full month for a new, insured, computer. People to watch out for: PlatinumWarranty, Finrite and Vodacom itself (their staff have no clue on what to do if you ask re computer insurance. They will quickly write you up but will offer no assitance when the rubber hits the road. Pathetic and frustrating. Rather insure the computer yourself
