BEWARE!!! VODACOM FIBER THROTTLED ( 50Mbps to 6Mbps from 7PM to 11 PM everyday)

Beware of Vodacom fiber service.( Fiber gets throttled) When you need assistance if something goes wrong you will not be helped without fighting and calling their so called "customer service" many times to get any assistance. Submitted a service request 21 Feb 2020 , no reply to date 7 March 2020.( not a call, not an email , NOTHING)

Vodacom needs to reassess their customer service department. It only frustrates customers.
