Beware vodacom Fiber Optic

I recently posted a question on vodacom's facebook page under one of their fiber optic posts. They have refused to give me an answer, so I had no choice but to come to hellopeter.<br> I am very interested in geting fiber to the home from vodacom as I live in one of their fiber service areas and I do have the means to pay for optic fiber. I have one very very very simple question for vodacom:<br> Can you guarantee your advertised line speeds, and will you give a refund should the user not get those advertised line speeds?<br> THAT IS ALL. This is a simple YES or NO question. PLEASE DO ****NOT**** give a stupid copy and paste answer or direct me to your fiber page. SIMPLY ANSWER MY QUESTION RIGHT HERE IN SIMPLE TERMS!!<br> I would really like fiber but thus far vodacoms response has been nothing but sickening and arrogant!
