BEWARE VODACOM 4U MOOIRIVIER MALL

I am in true remorse and that is why I write this letter to acquaint with you from heart...

Beware! Vodacom 4U Mooirivier Mall is the most uncooperative cellphone store of all that I have ever come across!

I have been waiting since the 24th of November for the contract that I have signed on Black Friday for the Huawei P10 Lite combo with the P9 Lite. Nothing yet!

Your company name is only as good as your worst product or service or in this case both, and it could be fatal. But it is all good, keep your empty promises or should I say contract... It seems that Vodacom 4U Mooirivier Mall is in fact the weakest link where the manager promises to sort out my problem and after 10 days still fails to call a hit.

Today I am going to sign a contract with Telkom but I have one true thing to tell you: From my side you will never have any posetive remarks, instead I will be complementing your absolute effortless attempts to sort out a singular problem as for product, service and your unexceptionable client callback ethics.

We as society pay for the services and by all means yes, but be sure to attend to your end of the bargains.
