Attempts to cancel a debit order are blocked at every turn.

It is almost impossible to get vodacom department email addresses out of the call centre staff at Vodacom.

If you try to phone the head office to speak to a senior manager of the company, you are routed back to a call centre agent who will prevent you from contacting them via email.

They also have no supervisors you can complain to. Pathetic at every turn!

They will not give the mail address for any department until you start getting abusive.

Ask for the contact details of the chief executive office - Mr Shameel Joosub - and they will blatantly lie and tell you he does not have an email address.

How pathetic.

Beware of using them for telephony as they are clearly so desperate for money they will attempt every disgusting trick in the book to prevent one from leaving.

It is incredible that in this day and age this kind of unacceptable business practice is allowed.
