beware of what youre getting!!

My domestic needed a new phone. It had to have GPS. I found the Vodacom Smart Kicka VF685, it seemed like a good option. In the Vodacom Now article on vodacoms website dated 5 Aug 2014 [URL Removed] it clearly states that the phone has GPS. (' It has a 1GHz dual-core processor and includes the sort of features consumers expect from smartphones, like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, a built-in camera and an FM radio.') This is a complete misrepresentation and false advertising. There is NO GPS and vodacom has tried to shift the blame on CNA as they have requested i take the phone to CNA and take the matter up with them. No remorse and a total lack of willingness to accept the blame and rectify the issue. <br> <br> I asked to send them the phone with all accessories in box in immaculate condition in return for a refund. They told me to speak to CNA and have now totally ignored my post relating to them handling the issue and not shifting the blame. Disgusting service. what is even worse is that i have been a loyal supporter of voda since 2000. This is about to change. Beware of false claims and ********** misrepresentation made by vodacom!!!!<br> <br>
