BEWARE OF VODACOM.THEY DON"T KEEP THEIR PROMISES

My wife got a phone call from a nice lady from vodacom with the name of "Cash". (They tried my number a couple of times and i wasn"t interested so they went for the second number on the contract list which is my wife.) The lady promised my wife she is going to save us money and upgrade our packages.She is going to save us R1500 and even gave the amounts on each contract we will be saving.When we got the bill it was R1000 more. No saving. My wife phoned vodacom and complaint. Vodacom said they will reverse or rectify my account. A month later ,no change i still pay R1000 more.My account has gone up from R7966 p/m to R9165 p/m. According to my calculations they have ****** from me 2500p/m for the last 2 months so far. People be warned Vodacom has no problem *****ing your money especialy the tellysales people.They make you promises they cannot keep or are even willing to rectify.The commission has proven that. If i could they would have a no star rating
