Beware Of Vodacom Unauthorized billing

<p>During December 2015 a Vodacom telesales agent phoned me, after declining the special offer they added the service fee to my existing Vodacom debtorder and started to deduct the fee from my account. After contacting them, they promised to find the recording of the event, which will take a couple of days, and come back to me. But they never came back ( 4 agents made the same promise). The best part is when I opend a new bank account in order to remove the debtorder they blacklisted me.</p>
