BEWARE OF VODACOM INSURANCE - DO NOT PAY OUT

Claim was registered in December 2014, due to my location i could not take phone to store. Once i got the phone to the store, Vodacom insurance opened claim again. Did all the paperwork and handed the phone to the store. Order dated 15/07/2015 with ref NIP498 was issued and sent back. Still to this day no pay out, no phone. Consultant says contract has been cancelled. All my money paid for nothing, months of paying this insurance. Beware of Vodacom Insurance. Refund my insurance money.
