Beware of Visual Voicemail !!!!

Last year my visual voicemail miraculously was deleted from my phone. Vodacom did not take any responsibility and after pushing them they admitted it was a technical error on their side and they apologised. <br> Again yesterday all my visual voicemails have been deleted from my phone. Vodacom told me the service was not active in spite of the fact that the day before they sent a SMS to confirm that they would be debiting my account for this service. I am not sure what is the point of visual voicemail if the service can be deleted by Vodacom at any time ??? I subscribe to this service as I need my Visual Voicemails on record. Pls Vodacom get your act together and sort out this problem. Once I can understand but a second time and passing the buck I cannot !!!!<br> Awaiting your urgent reply.
