Beware of hidden contracts
called Vodacom ********** to cancel contract - this was sorted. Next thing the agent informs me that im paying far too much for data on another contract, and he can reduce my monthly payment by a substantial amount- i agree and thank him. Then i get a SMS confirming that i have just taken out a 24-month contract; i did not agree to this or instruct him. please beware that these agents are not there to help, but to sell contracts for extra commission. now im fighting to reverse the so called instruction.
