Beware! Join Vodacom if you don't mind getting ******!

People thinking of joining Vodacom should think carefully before doing so as they will likely ***** from you at some point. I have been struggling for more than 8 months to get credit for money that Vodacom incorrectly deducted after cancelling my contract. This is basically theft as there is no attempt to rectify the matter - you are passed from one consultant to the other and keep getting the same poor system generated responses. It is amazing how these companies will make your life hell if you skip a payment BUT if they do the same there is simply no bother to rectify the error which in my opinion makes them no better than a common ********.
