Beware:********** upgrades and activation at Vodacom!!!

People please be aware of the ********** upgrades and activations that are currently happening at Vodacom. I am currently a victim of this matter as I write this review. I noticed on the 3rd of May 2017 when a suspicious amount of R150.80 was debited on my account by Vodacom. I called their customer care(horrible experience) to report this. The agent I talked to said to me that a phone was **********ly activated in the month of April 2017. She logged the call and gave me a ref number and said Vodacom would be in touch with me. That did not happen. On the 10th of May I called Vodacom again, only to be told that the first agent I talked to on 3 May 2017 did not log the matter correctly. I was given a second reference and told that Vodacom would be in touch with me. That did not happen also. Soo I called AGAIN on the 17th of May 2017 and the agent told me that it was not just one ********** activation but actually about THREE!!! Two iphones and a samsung s7 edge were **********LY activated under my Vodacom account! The agent further told me that the previous agent should have told me to send in affidavits, bank statement and an ID copy. I did just that with no delay. I called Vodacom once more today (25 May 2017) to follow up only to be told that they did receive my documents BUT closed the log because the agent who received my documents did not attach them to the log!!! I am currently waiting upon Vodacom with reference number 3 still on the same case!!!WOW!!!!!Worst part...Vodacom will be billing me for this *****s until they have resolved the issue. My advice...RUN AWAY FROM VODACOM.

One month and a week later and still no resolution from Vodacom. I have just received my invoice for June 2017 and ALL the ********** upgrades and activations are still reflected. Sooo on 05 June 2017 I received an SMS supposedly from Vodacom ***** investigation unit stating that ***** has been comfirmed and that all ********** upgrades would be removed. Well, that has NOT occurred. So I do not know how long I need to be patient with VODACOM before considering the legal route.
