BEWARE BROADBAND CONNECT WIRELESS

I have had the misfortune in trying to take the BC20 Gig 2yr package <br> Upon enquiring at the number *** as advertised on their web site.I asked if i could go get the router and package at one of the stores as they stated it will take upto 2 weeks to get me a router and package delivered.<br> They said i can get this package at any Vodacom Retail store. I went to woodmead only to be told they are not aware of this package , i had to guide them on their computers to show them the package. Needless to say they did not have the hardware for this package. They called around and seems you can only get this package online an wait 2 weeks for your system. Unacceptable<br> I have requested it online , recieved a reference and requested the documents you must fill out regardless if you have other contracts , you must Fica again as data not calls package!!!<br> I asked for the forms to be sent they said no problem will send right away, needless to say no documents arrived by the next day<br> i created another online request got another refernce number on tuesday ***, and this time i explained nothing was sent and was assured i would have documents sent. <br> GUESS WHAT THURSDAY NOW AND STILL NOTHING!
