Beware 36 months contract and warranty trap.

Thank you vodacom for your pathetic service and misleading contracts.. Never take out a 36 month contract as the devices only last 2 years. Warranty is only for 12 to 24 months. There after you continuing paying for a product that you throw in the bin or pay double the worth to fix. My Samsung galaxy watch 4 would not switch on one morning I was quoted R5000 over the phone which is more than the cost to purchase a new watch, I requested the quotation and what the fault is with no response.. I was told I'm 2 months out of warranty. Is the device made to only last 24 months? Then why have contracts for 36months ?
