Between Vodacom and Cellsure - One of them needs to fix this mess

I claimed an LG V20 in December 2016 in Alberton City and my new insurance premium on the device was supposed to be R189.00 (Covered from R10000-R15000 - that was in my phone value range). I have the completed insurance application form and reference number as proof. My premium was never updated to the correct premium and when i called in to fix my premium in July 2017 they dropped it telling me about the phone value at the time, meaning my cover was now (R7500-R10000) with a premium of R139.00. When i called today they telling me that my phone value dropped even more now so if they update my premium it will drop to R100.00, meaning now my cover is less than R9000.

Now imagine the amount of money i would pay if i had to claim (excess + top of for which ever phone i want at that time). It is not my problem that the premium was not updated, if this was updated in December 2016 when i got the phone i would be be covered for R10000-R15000 with a premium of R189.00 and we will not having this problem regardless if the phone value dropped along the way.

I don't care if they cannot backdate, again this is not my problem. I want my original cover and premium as per my application in December 2013.
