Betway bucks voucher bought on Vodapay not working

Vodacom Betway bucks not working I have an ongoing issue from last year purchased Betway bucks on Vodapay App but when I try to use them under Betway they say voucher already redeemed and when I check on my Vodapay app they still active, non of the Vodacom staff is willing to help they sending me from Pilar to post. ... yesterday made time to chart with the support agent from Voda pay app first I got Boitumelo who assisted but sent the same voucher codes which didn't work, then spoke to another agent who was very rude and not even paying attention to my query, then I spoke to another agent who called and said that she will escalate and send me reference number via SMS till now haven't received....then today I spoke to another agent who told me indirectly that my query hasn't been attended yet and they are quick to close the chat ...even worse their stuff on Facebook they don't know how customer service works this is really annoying I want my vouchers worth (R27,50x3) = R82,50 to be sent.
