Best upgrade ever!

I phoned Vodacom Mall at Reds to find out about stock of the Iphone 6. Irene answered the photo, She told me she would send me a quote on a new contract I was looking for. To be honest I wasn't holding my breath. To my surprise I received the quote later in the day and an e-mail the next day to inform me that the stock of the phones had arrived. I asked her to keep one for me if she could once again not expecting much. The next day when I went to upgrade, I introduced myself and needed not say more. She fetched my phone from the back and the upgrade took a total of 10 minutes including us waiting for a station to open up. Irene has restored my faith in the service of the retail industry! Well done!
