Best Team

I have had some pretty bad experience with Vodacom last year, but I must give the Facebook Social Media Team the credit that is due to them. They have ALWAYS been extremely friendly and helpful. Every time I asked them to help or complained on Facebook, the team immediately contacted me and went out of their way to sort out my problem or find a solution to a problem I faced. I have never had to follow up, as they have always kept me up to date and afterwards follow up. No matter how difficult I was, they have always been friendly and understanding. Thank you Vodacom FB social media team, you are great! Couple of other companies and some of the other Departments in your Company must take some lessons from you guys.
