BEST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED BY VODACOM AGENT
I have had many issues with vodacom, there call centre agents gave me the worst service ever, but then i spoke to a gentleman by the name of Randall October, its clear that he is a true customer care person, he went the extra mile to sort my issues out, in fact his the only person after speaking to about 20 people (not exaggerating) he understood what i need. BIG UPS to Mr Randall October, keep up the good work sir and spread your customer care knowledge to the rest of yoyur call centres.
