Best service ever received

<p>I bought 1G of data got sms confirming dat R149 airtym was deducted only to find out de next day that no data was loaded. After speaking to 2 different consultants and going to a vodashop no solution was provided. A lady by the name of Raesetja Sekhaolelo gave me the best service, she put herself on my shoes and provided me with a solution. She is a real asset to Vodacom she should be the training service manager because she knows all key points of providing the best service. I am happy to stay with Vodacom thanks to her.</p>
