Best Service Ever from Howard Center Pinelands Vodashop

<p>I just want to load this in appreciation for the excellent service provided by Yumna. I have experienced this great service at the Vodashop in Howard Centre.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yumna showed, warmth, empathy / very sympathetic to my complaint. My complaint was resolved in less than ten minutes.</p> <p> </p> <p>Previously I was being sent from Pillar to post all over the Western Cape by several Vodashops and having to call the call centers regarding a lost simcard. I was reaching a place where I had no hope for the Vodacom brand.</p> <p> </p> <p>Had I know the service at Howard Centre was this good I would have gone there first, seeing that Old Mutual is just around the corner (My Place of work)</p> <p> </p> <p>So I just want to say once again to Yumna thank you so much for the great service and putting the client first.
