I need to bring to your attention the amazing service I received from Mampi Masemola. I have been struggling for four days to buy mother 78 year old mother data so she can talk to her grandson via video calls. I have been talking for two days with Princess Moile and her supervisor. They had me on the phone for a long time and frankly did not really try to solve my problem.

Mampi sorted my problem out quickly and efficiently. She was empathic, kind and understanding and I believe that is the currency of success in today’s world.

Please make sure she gets recognition for this amazing service. #30in30

Thanks for replying, please make sure she gets the recognition, the other people who helped me the other days were not there to help me and she understands customer service. She needs a promotion.
