Thanks to Vodacom Southgate Mall, never thought that I would get a cellphone replacement seamlessly after losing one. It was one of the best services I have ever received. Went to claim and it got replaced the same day with no hustle, was expecting it to take weeks or months. The Salesman and Saleslady who handled the process were polite and clear in explaining
