Best service Consultant - Vuyelwa

A serious thank you to Vuyela/Vuyelwa hope I typed the name right, today 24 June I called vodacom to make inquiries on my vodacom statement, she was so friendly and patient, she took me through all my statements dating back to April explaining each one till the current one. She was so good she even assisted me in canceling a contract, I was unknowingly entering into that I thought was just a replacement to my current one. She put me through to the relevant call center where I received advice on how best to make sure the new 30gig contract does not go through. Although i didn't get to thank her at the end of the call as I was not refereed back to her line. I want her to know she was pretty amazing. I am so thankful.
