Best Service by Consultant Vanessa

Good day After all my emails and calls made in vain numerous times to Vodacom, I eventually managed to come across 3 consultants who is fami**** with their work and how the Vodacom system works. The first 2 managed to establish the process on my profile which was not updated. I had both of them speaking to me at the same time, with one confirming with the other while we spoke. For once, I was no longer in the dark. The final consultant was brilliant. She could take apart everything she saw on my profile, called me with updates on it, and followed through in this order to get it on track. I did not have to call and speak to 50 other people and explain the same problem 50 times, Vanessa called me. I was under the impression that I wouldn't be able to speak to her again, then she advised that Vodacom can check who the last person was taking the call from my number and get her to call me back. As, I said, that wasn't necessary. Vanessa kept me up to date and even helped with other queries on my other devices. Now that's what I call fabulous service!!! Thank you Vanessa, for taking pride in your work and delivering top notch service.
