Best service at a vodashop

I would like to Express the joy I had when dealing with a consultant at the vodacom shop at mall of the south. I think the guys name is Holan, usually when we go into the center to exchange points the agents treat us as if we are wasting their time but in this case we were given 5 star treatment as if we are buying the most expensive phone in the store. Holan was friendly from the start to end, spoke with such patience and respect and didn't rush even though the store was about to close he was very patient. This is the second time that I have been assisted by him and I was blown away by the fact that he remembered us and he was still as good as he was last year.

We need more agents like Holan and I'd like to say thank u
