After the terrible service I received at the Vodacom Shop at Trade Route Mall it was so refreshing to be assisted by Shoayb (Signet Terrace Vodacom). He assisted me in a professional and efficient manner and was so polite and helpful, Vodacom needs more people like Shoayb.
