I CALLED VODACOM AND SPOKE TO A GENTLEMENT BY THE NAME OF NKOSI MAKHOBA FROM RETENSIONS, SUPER AGENT, HE ADDRESSED ALL MY CONCERNS WITH RESPECT AND HE GAVE ME A CLEAR WAY FORWAD
HE IS THE BEST AND VODACOM MUST KEEP SUCH EMPLOYEES, ITS VER REAR TO FIND SOMEONE WHO KNOW THIER PRODUCT AND KNOW HOW TO RESPOND TO CUSTOMER WITHOUT MAKING THE SITUATION WORSE
