Best sales and customer service ever.

On Monday night of the 20th I called vodacom wamted to ask about the device I received, and also to tell them that am happy, its unfortunate i got a consultant who is a lady I forget her name, she was not wlcoming at all, she sound not interested to interact with me as I was speking to her, if you can listen to the call u can hear that her tone of voice was negative when I was speaking to her, any way fortinately the are other consultants who put vodacom customers first and are willing to make customers happy, so today I just want take this opportunity to say thank you Vodacom to bring smile on my face, I just receive the best phone that makes my life more easier, I argued with consultant at Thavhani Mall (Thohoyandou) his name is Condry, I said to him vodacom does not cell phone with two sim cards slots, he said No now we do have some phones that have two simcards slot, I said I want one, when I receive it I was so happy, now life is easy no need to move around with more than one phone, now is all in one. Calling their call center I spoke to Olwethu who helped me to activate the simcard, what a humble and welcoming consultant he helped me in less than 5minutes, he helped me to speak to upgrade consultant who was very friendly I forgot his name, he also offered me best option of data and I am now receiving more data with reasonable price, Vodacom why would a happy customer like me leave you. Thank you for make life easy and I realy appreciate, you are the best.
