Best online experience at Vodacom with Bheki Mvuyane

I see a lot of 1 stars here under Vodacom - but how many times do we actually write a review when we are satisfied with a service?

I have had countless issues with people just working at a company just because it's a job - and their service is bad, BUT then you speak to a person who just shines with happiness, excitement & vibrance - and they make your experience pleasant.

The boss of Bheki Mvuyane - you can give this man a raise, and PLEASE let him train all your other Vodacom agents on how to speak to customers & how to assist them (I am not joking). This will literally elevate your company.

I have been with Vodacom for 15+ years, and in this 15 years, Bheki was the most pleasant & respectful agent I have ever spoken to.

I have requested a call-back from Vodacom for an upgrade - as soon as I submitted the request, Bheki phoned me within 1 second (not joking again).

He listened to what I needed, taking my budget into consideration - AND he didn't try to upsell a lot of other things that I do not need. I respect an agent like this. He is friendly, professional, well-spoken, and he has a good heart.
