Best network in the country it's just a bull

Good day

I would like to voice out the poor quality of service we having been getting from Vodacom lately on the network/ coverage side of things, for the past three months in the area i reside we have been having challenges of poor reception on the network noticing that we only have one vodacom tower covering such a big suburb i then decided to call vodacom support to log a call to lay my case, i was asked by the vodacom personnel to compile a petition entailing atleast five vodacom users who are experiencing the same problem. i have did as advised and got back to them and i was given a reference the work around time to attend to my case, i logged the call last month already and up until now we haven't got a resolution regarding this network problem and we are losing business calls and internet connectivity. i have my contacts complaining that i don't pick up their calls where as my phone did not even ring once and after a while i will get a missed call notification on a call i did not receive in the first place, can Vodacom just stop bragging about being the best 4G network in the country because that it's just false advertising to the public

Good day Lucian One of Vodacom consultants has already contact detailing that the issue around my area is due to the fact that the area has a poor signal and can longer get clear pull of reception from the one about 3KM from where i reside, she indicated that a new tower will be installed in a period of 18 months from this one and i was also given an altimatium of cancelling my current contract with no termination fee charged. but the greater concern is what about the other user's of Vodacom prepaid service who don't have an option like mine does this mean we shouldn't care about them and let the current problem slide come on guys lets be proffessional there should be a recent configuration or routing from your side that caused all this as we never use to experience such. i plead with you to pull your resources to match the medal you guys are wearing Regards Concerned Resident
