Best experience from a Vodashop, ever

I am usually reluctant to visit any Vodashop. It's usually one big time consuming nightmare.

Not today however.

I went to Vodashop Savannah Mall for a device upgrade today.

I was assisted by a young man named Frikkie Van Wyk, who greeted me with a big smile and immediatly started helping me. Frikkie was extremely helpful, professional and thorough.

Frikkie's manner and professionalism was outstanding. He took time explaining my new contract and device.

All of this went so quick, despite the shop being quite busy inside.

I wish all Vodashop's could have an employee such as Frikkie, I believe he is the standard to what Vodashop employees should be trained to.

I would highly reccomend Vodashop Savannah.
