Best Customer Service I EVER received from Vodacom
I'm reviewing the service received by Pragasen Naramisulu. He definately holds the Vodacom brand high. We had a few out of the ordinary contractual needs and he made them happen. Not only was he super efficient he gave us best advice suited to our business needs, he ALSO was amazingly responsive and quick to process our orders. Constantly checking in to what we might need over and above or if we have any questions or even merely verifying if we received his last mail. I definately nominate Pragasen as my new go-to for our business account.
Thank you for the AMAZING service. So refreshing to deal with someone who CARES.
