Best customer service ever! Vodcam Shop-Canal Walk

I would like to express my gratitude to Paulene Schieman, who works at a Vodacom customer care, Canal Walk, Cape Town. I had a problem with my phone and couldn't make calls for about 3 weeks. I went to Vodacom shops around Cape Town with no assistance whatsoever, i kept being told to wait 24 or 48 hours for it to work but nothing. However on Saturday, 27 October i went to the Vodacom n Canal Walk and was assisted by Pauline. Firstly, she was really friendly and welcoming, she almost made me forget about my frustration with the phone. To cut the matters short, Pauline is marvelous at what she does, she is very helpful, patient, positive, eager to help. I left the shop with a huge smile on my face. Vodacom should be really proud to have such a person in their team..... Thank you Paulene, keep shining!!!!!!!
