Best customer service ever from Ashwin Abdurahman
I would like to recommend Ashwin Abdurahman, when it comes to resolving queries and customer service this guy has got a doctorate, a matter that took me months to resolve but with him it took him less than 48 hours to come to the bottom of the problem and came up with a solution, he puts me at ease by constant calling with latest update till i was sorted.
To vodacom management please this man is a valuable asset for your business, if you have just 5 people like him the vodacom will be the best in the world, the best thank you that you can reward this man is a big promotion
