Mid June I called in customer care regarding missing airtime on my wife's phone we do not live the same area spoke to an agent by the name Lebogang Maleka she politely explained that she will have to speak to my wife directly to ask her security questions first before assisting she opted to call my wife and assist since I did inform her that my wife speaks pedi an cannot call customer care she assisted my wife in canceling her subscriptions and also called me back with feedback she went an extra mile in her customer effort it's rare to find such consultants nowadays I have been with Vodacom for the past 14years if it was possible would have rewarded the agent from my pocket she's a dynamite indeed.. You should keep such agents Thank you Vodacom.
