Best Customer Service

I was struggling to get internet connection. I spoke to Londiwe(hope I got her name right), you can tell from her tone that she was smiling and happy to assist. We got cut off and she called back immediately, the best service ever regardless of the time(early hours). She followed up twice to check if my connection was restored and fixed.
