The best customer service , Thank you Angeline for resolving my issue, she was very professional, Probed to find out what happened, she was very sympathetic because i called the first time and received a horrible service. if it was not for Angeline i was going to port my number to another network. THANK YOU VERY MUCH HOPE YOU RECEIVE A PROMOTION VERY SOON, you dealt with the issue as if you where a team leader or manager. what i loved the most it was first time resolution,S he was suppose to resolved the issue with in the next hour but she went an extra mile by calling back before the promised time. thatS what we call customer service. she actually managed to change a bad experience to great experience.
