Bertus - Vodacom's Most helpful Human

What a godsend of a human. Bertus Flemming from the Waterfall Mall Vodacom Store in Rustenberg is just an absolute asset to this company. After many back and forth visits and phone calls to both a Vodacom store and their call centre, Bertus (not in my region) managed to assist me with my problem in a matter of minutes. He was helpful and kind and went out of his way to assist me. I am so grateful for this gentleman. If it was not for him this review would have been entirely different. Bertus gets the five stars as he is just a wonderful human and Vodacom you are lucky to have him. Thank you, Bertus. You are a lifesaver.
