Belittling sales. Bad attitude

I lost my phone today. I reported at the police in mondeor. Then went to Southgate Vodacom. Help by a lady young . So unprofessional. Firstly she's assisting me answering private phones and chatting with friends showing them her newly bought car or something on her phone. I was shocked when she asked me with an attitude If I really lost my phone or are just to upgrade to a new phone. I felt so hurt . Why is she treating me like a ********. Does she suspect me because of my skin colour?. I advise people to stay away from South gate Vodacom. I got my phone replaced but I'm not happy with the treatment I got.
