Being spammed with debt collectors even though I have no vodacom account

I went to the Vodacom shop to see why my number is with Legal, I then got a number to call Legal, I called and put in my ID number but is says that my ID number is not in the system.

I need you guys to fix the issue with my cellphone number. I keep getting debt collectors calling me but I have no account with Vodacom. I am pre paid. If someone else has used my number with Vodacom, then the issue must be fixed now! I am sick and tired of this nonsense. I have been a loyal vodacom customer for many years.
