Being ****med by Vodacom

<p>Vodacom are a bunch of ********, I cancelled my contract in March but I am still getting charged. They keep on saying that it's not reflecting on their side. It's not my fault that they did'nt do their job properly. Why do I keep on getting penalized for their mistakes. This is not fair. This is not right. The say they are investigating but then cancel the investigation. Then when I call to find out why they say they will do another investigation but NEVER GET BACK TO ME. So I let it go then they CHARGE ME AGAIN. For a contract I cancelled in MARCH. It's now June and I am still getting charged. This is a ****. Also when I ask for proof of the investagation they give the run around. Bassically saying to me, that they can come up with any outcome and I will have to be ok with it. I gave them my landline number and when I explained that some people in the past have said the last digits are different. They come back to me saying that there are millions of 021 numbers so they cant check each one but I am saying that the first six will always remain the same can they not check that against my contract account. How is this an investagation when I am always being given the run around ,no proof, no feedback. All they want to do is keep on taking my money.</p>
