Being ********** and cannot unsubscribe

I started receiving sms's on the 2nd of March 2017 and have subsequently recieved 3 more stating the following :

"Your recurring R70.00 subscription to VIP Club will be billed on 2017-03-04. To unsubscribe click http://live.vodafone.com/unsub :) "

Clicking the link takes me to a page that states the website is not available so I cannot unsubscribe. When contacting vodacom I was told that I must have subscribed on the device (even though i have no idea what this is) and that the only way to cancel it is to call them. I was then told that she is unable to complete the cancellation and will send it to the back office.

The reference number for this call is : 1- ********** 283950 .

I have now noticed additional charges on my monthly bill, this is unnacceptable especially since I am unable to cancel it. I have now been charged of R200 for some random add-on that I have not nor will I use.

In my mind this is theft. Billing me for a service I do not use and not giving me the ability to stop it.

I want this resolved and I want to be credited for this stupid subscription that you conned me into .
