<p>Yesterday I bought airtime to be converted to data. I bought it in in 2 transactions and I recieved the SMSes confirming that the airtime is loaded for each transaction. I then went ahead and bought the Data, also recieving an sms confirming that the data was purchased.</p> <p>This morning I wanted to check the amount of Data left, I notice that the data was never loaded! All the airtime is almost used up. I phone in to customer care speaking to Thalitha, and she says there was No data loaded, she can see the airtime was bought but no data. I explain i have the sms confirming that data was bought. All she can do is give me R30 airtime, which will allow me to purchase 100mb of Data. this is 1/5 of the data I wanted to purchase! So I must just loose out because Vodacom system is useless!</p>
