Being ****med to keep the contract

When you go into a vodacom branch to cancel a contract, you are told you need to call customer service, as they can't or aren't allowed to cancel. When you call customer service you are told that you need to verify an account with vodacom which you don't know of. Even though they have full access to your details and you have given them all details they need including ID number. We are being ****med to keep a deal , even though you not happy with. Can I please get a person to help me cancel my contract 😩 😪 😫 🙄
