Being ****med by vodacom

I opened a contract with vodacom less than two years ago but recently they have increased my installment amount, what could be the reason for this? My number is still the same but my email has changed to ***.

This is raising red flags on my side as I have initially agreed to pay R600 as they had said I need to pay, the additional amount what is it for?
