Being ignored by Vodacom Staff

Goodday<br> <br> I accompanied my mother to your Vodacom 4U shop located in savannah mall In polokwane today. She was totally ignored for 10 min while the staff who were not attending to customers were busy browsing on their Facebook on a laptop in the shop. I think this is totally unacceptable. The same person who was busy on FB walked past my mother shortly before that, looked her straight in the eyes and still ignored her. Shame on your staff having this attitude towards Vodacom Customers.
