Being held hostage by Vodacom notifications

I've had my Vodacom number since I was a teenager and never had any problems up until a few months ago when I started receiving Vodacom notifications for a nother number ENDLESSLY and at all times of the day!! I contacted the call centre and they log calls with their back office over and over and over. They would say the problem has been resolved, and it would go well for a few weeks and then it would start back up a gain. I've logged my last call this afternoon. If this problem is not permanently resolved this time LAWYERS WILL FOLLOW!
