Being cheated !!

I had a query with vodacom regarding my data account. I had set a limit on my data contract to safegaurd myself from an obscene bill (was assured by the staff) that didnt take effect. <br> One day i get a call that my account is in excess of over R8500, i obviously attempt to query this.<br> i tried querying and calling and chasing vodacom for a resolution as the finance of vodacom was hounding me for payment, but vodacom legal advised me not to pay till the query was resolved.<br> During this whole process vodacom ends up removing my Cell number from their system, which as a result cut all my numbers, cancels all my minutes, data and restricts me from even requesting assistance from customer care cause my number is no longer available on the system so they cant call up the details.<br> when they finally sent me a break down on what was owed cause they handing me over to laywers i see they took it on themselves to add on an imaginary contract i never had and charge me an extra R13500. i had been paying some installments in the meantime and have the proof, so i stopped paying installments as per vodacom legal and requested a query and new break down, now the laywers are threating to take it further
